Summer camp from June 29 to August 21
Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
At the Sarto-Desnoyers Community Centre

The Dorval Day Camp is gearing up for another great summer! Once again, we will have a fun-packed summer, with daily activities and games, special workshops, sports, fun at the pools and parks, weekly trips for pre-teens, and much more.  The weekly camp schedule will be available March 7th on our website at www.campdejourdorval.org.

AGM, Saturday March 28, at 9 a.m. at the SDCC followed, for residents, by a registration period for summer 2020!

Given the current situation regarding COVID-19 and in response to government recommendations to limit non-essential gatherings, we have made the decision to postpone the AGM which was to be held on Saturday, March 28. The postponement date will be communicated to the members at a later date. Thank you for your understanding.

Annual General Meeting

The AGM, which is followed by a registration period for residents, will take place on Saturday, March 28, at 9 a.m., at the SDCC in Salon D.

2020 AGM Agenda – Coming!
2020 Annual General Meeting Minutes – Coming!
2020 Financial Statement – Coming!

In-person registration for Dorval residents only will follow the meeting, from 10 a.m. to noon, for a family whose parent attends the AGM (proof will be required). Families will receive an additional multi-child discount when registering two or more children in the same week.

Summer 2020 Registration

Registration at regular rates for Dorval residents: Monday, March 30, as of 8:30 a.m., ONLINE ONLY
Registration at regular rates for non-residents: Monday, April 6, as of 8:30 a.m., ONLINE ONLY

Registration will be possible online (www.city.dorval.qc.ca) or in person at the Sarto-Desnoyers Community Centre and the Surrey Aquatic & Community Centre (not the Complex however), during regular office hours. Note that there is a weekly maximum of 80 places.

Youth program (ages 5 to 9):

  • AGM rate: $190 per week, per child
  • Regular rate for residents: $200 per week, per child
  • Rate for non-residents: $210 per week, per child

*The normal 10$/week discount that Dorval residents would have received for attending the AGM will still be available for those parents who will attend the AGM once it is rescheduled. This rebate will be in the form of a cheque refund.

*Please note that in order to finalize your online registration you must fill out our health & Conditions form (attached) and email it to us with a small reference photo of your child or children. In order to complete your online payment you must also add to your cart the 20$ aquatic fee. If you do not add this to your cart the registration will not go through.

**If you know or think that your child would benefit from being in our companion program please do not register online. Please send an email to campdejourdorval@gmail.com explaining the difficulties that your child faces and which weeks you are looking at registering for. Our companion program is solely funded by a Federal and Provincial Grant and once we have confirmed funding we will reach out to each parent of this program to confirm your registration. It is very important to follow this procedure for this program because, if you register your child without flowing this procedure, we might have to cancel your registration for a lack of resources to take care of your child properly.

Pre-teen program (ages 10 to 12):

  • AGM rate: $200 per week, per child

  • Rate for non-residents: $220 per week, per child

Complete the Health and Safety and Registration Requirements form for each child.

You can then save them and send them with a scanned photo of your child to lc@ville.dorval.qc.ca or file them at the CCSD, 1335 Lakeshore Drive, Dorval, H9S 2E5.
